they can range from everyday items Like Jars,old, clothes,towels, and bedding and even broken dishes. These are just a few of the items that can be reused and repuposed. for  something like empty jars instead of throwing them away they can be reused to store certain things, plant something like a small plant of some kind (your choice). broken dishes are something that can also be repurposed. According to the website above the broken glass can be reused for flower pots or to re-tile outdoor tables and even jewelery. The goal here is to before you put something out for trash or recycle day for the trucks is to get creative and find a way reuse & repurpose something without having it end up in a land fill somewhere. Creativity is key.

Personally my community dump doesn’t actually recycle and even though we put stuff in recycling bins it will still go into a landfill. Reusing and repurposing is the most efficient and productive way to stop wasting plastic and avoid putting more into landfills. This way you know where your item is going and that its being put to good use.
