We should start recycling plastics, glass, paper, electronics, and metals it’s better and cheaper.
Yeah I totally agree, in India there is a huge market for this where people find jobs recycling parts from old tech and everyone involved makes more money from it but it also allows less factory manufacturing because some parts are reusable and it allows less mining which is much more environmentally friendly and could stop some of the horrible electronic raw materials mining conditions for people stuck in those low pay backbreaking jobs and instead they could have a medium pay, not back breaking, safe, and mind engaging job of recycling phone or other electrical components.
