Repurposing old items is super easy with pinterest and there are so many awesome ideas on the website from reusing glass jars for candles to turning an old suitcase into a chair. We all have old items we no longer need and would rather just get rid of but reusing them to decorate our homes is a much more environmentally friendly and fashionable idea. Pinterest has an entire section on their page for upcycling and creative ways to reuse just about anything and everything. So as tempting as it may be to just throw away that old backpack,don't. I have heard so much about Pinterest and learning to create items that decrease our trash output will definitely help reduce our carbon footprints. But can you reuse those items that you made again? You also wouldn't know whether anyone would use those items after you. If they just end up in the trash it would just undermine the meaning of reusing items.
