It's very tempting to throw things away or even drop them in a recycling bin when we are done with them. Is there a better way?

Reusable batteries
In today´s society, most of our products use batteries in order to function, but not all of them use rechargeable batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries have a great impact on CO2 emissions when they are thrown away, this is because they take forever to decompose. Using rechargeable batteries can help us reduce the impact and production of CO2 emissions that come from batteries. Using rechargeable batteries would reduce the amount of batteries that are thrown away, because rechargeable batteries can be used for a really long period of time. Batteries can be charged in many ways, I believe that one of the most green or sustainable ways of charging batteries is through solar energy. Solar energy is considered to be part of what we know as, sustainable energy, this is because it does not pollute. Charging batteries through solar energy is really sustainable, and if all of us used rechargeable batteries we would be reducing CO2 emissions by a huge amount. Reusing batteries instead of throwing them away will have a positive impact in our world.
Hello Andre! I think that you are establishing a good point of view about the topic of "Reusable batteries" I think that another way to reuse batteries is to donate them, I mean that if you don't want some batteries any more, give it to someone else, or we can establish some special places just of batteries. I think that if we make such thing many batteries will be reused and we'll be helping the environment.
Hey, I agree with you Oscar, donating batteries would also help a lot because then you would not be throwing them away. This could have a positive impact on the environment and would help reduce CO2 emissions.
