It's very tempting to throw things away or even drop them in a recycling bin when we are done with them. Is there a better way?

Extending Lives
We all tend to throw away or not use the paper bags after they have been used once. There are many great ways in reusing the paper bags instead of putting them on the side. One great way is putting plants in a paper bag to protect them from frost during the night. Please try to avoid using plastic bags because plastic bags take anywhere from 15 to 100 years to decompose. Also, more than one million sea animals die from ingesting plastic bags. Paper bags are a greener choice for us and the environment.

I agree! In my family we use paper bags to hold our compost and unwanted food then throw it in my compost bin. It is really effective
I agree Britney. Yes, so many trash goes to the ocean and animals mistake trash for food. Now since they stopped giving plastic grocery bags, my family use reusable bags that we can reuse whenever we go grocery shopping.
I agree! At my house we use compostable bags for old food scraps and paper bags for recycling
