It's very tempting to throw things away or even drop them in a recycling bin when we are done with them. Is there a better way?

Used Clothes
Producing and manufacturing clothing uses a lot of energy and greenhouse gasses that could could be prevented from being exerted. If we all decided to instead go to thrift stores and buy already used clothing, we could prevent so much less carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gasses from being produced which can also help to slow down the fast rate of global warming we are facing. Because the Ozone layer is rapidly growing thinner and thinner, this is causing the glaciers to melt which is resulting in the release of carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is one of the most deadly gasses in our atmosphere and if too much of it is released by these melting glaciers, not only will many organisms lives be in danger, but global warming will rapidly increase, soon making it impossible for many organisms, including humans, to continue living on Earth. This is why producing as little greenhouse gasses as possible is so important, which is why if you buy used cloth items, you will be helping the environment and all of the organisms living on Earth.
