Our teacher has allowed us to do a 20 time project which can be whatever we choose as long as it has to do with the environment. I did collecting as many water bottles I can in a 4 month period and each day create a new use for one that has a purpose without throwing them away. I created things such as bird feeders, underground irrigation system, a sprinkler head, pencil holder, plant holder, soap dispenser, and toilet paper hanger. Right now with all the extra bottles i am working on building a large raft. After that is completed all of the bottles can be recycled and put together for another use. I chose to do repurposing bottles as my 20 time project because i want to lower my impact on the world, and show others the value in the things we blindly discard as trash and to see the beauty in everything.
