Instead of using plastic water bottles, you can easily purchase a reusable water bottle. For example, I use an insulated stainless steel water bottle because not only does it keep water cold, but it helps reduce the amount of plastic. Instead of purchasing goods with packaging, you can buy in bulk and bring your own reusable container. This will reduce the amount of garbage from the packaging.
