It's very tempting to throw things away or even drop them in a recycling bin when we are done with them. Is there a better way?

Reuse & Repurpose >
Whatever You Can
Many people do not reuse simple things like small plastic water bottles which can be repurposed at school or any other place where people need to drink water. This is a serious issue as littering can lead to some serious problems with CO2 emissions, I feel that simply reusing one use plastic water bottles in any way you can make a big impact on what you recycle and how to reuse things.
I agree if all of us could just pitch in we can make a huge difference in all of or carbon footprints
how do you think we could pitch in
We can all start recycling and reduce reuse and recycle we can save so many animals including humans.
I agree with you. Even if it's a throwaway/plastic water bottle, you can always refill it to extend the "life" of it. People need to understand the cost of their actions. I feel people are uneducated on topics like this and we need to be the ones to discuss these problems. Although people still litter, it definitely has been worse. In my opinion this is because it was publicized so much that people started to listen. I am certain that if we do the same thing for issues like this, people will react the same.
I completely agree with what you are saying. I feel like people take for granted the positive effect that reusing bottles and containers can have on the earth. If people bought reusable containers and bottles such as ones made of metal, or simply refilled their plastic bottles, then I think we would have a much healthier earth.
I agree with these comments. I feel like bringing a reusable water bottle wherever you go is very simple and impacting in the long run. Our campus encourages this by having water bottle refill stations all around. This is very good for us as a community to decrease our plastic use. There is an abundant production of plastic and paper that we should all acknowledge and take into consideration. It will be very helpful to do something as small as refusing to a bag at the store or packing your lunch in reusable containers. Reusing, reducing, refusing, and recycling all go hand - in - hand to help out the community and help sustain it for the future ahead.
I agree if most people began recycling and changed their habits then we can save so many lives.
I think that the small things are what will really start to get stuff going. 4/13/19
