Now It's Time for Action!

All of you have calculated your emissions and you have surely discovered the unexpectedly high impact of some of your behaviors (eating meat, flying to a sunny destination, etc.) on your total footprints.

Are there any behaviors that you are really willing to change or to improve for the sake of the environment? What challenges do you encounter or think you will encounter while trying to change these things? What help, support, and insights from others would make your life easier with these new behaviors?

Let's discuss these issues and make our pledges here!

I think that this experience made possible by Stanford University has been very satisfactory. I have learned many interesting things like: saving water, saving energy and being better with the ENVIROMENT, because I can improve the way I deal with the planet. I can become a more "sustainable" person. Guys, we have to take care our planet.

I agree! It's also even little things that will count, like turning off the water when you brush your teeth. It would make a big difference if everyone just decided to use a /little/ bit less of their water and energy and all that. It takes little effort, and the planet would be so much healthier that way. We can all learn from this experience!

I also agree with the fact that this helps people around the world realize what's going on. I mean we are the next generation! (Ohio,USA)
