Cold showers or hot showers?
According to _Planet Save_ in http://planetsave.com/2011/02/15/take-c … en-tip-13/ it is beneficial for us to take cold showers. They bring blood out from outer organs to inner ones refreshing us, improve concentration, heal depression, relieve stress, close pores, and more. Cold showers not only benefit us greatly they also benefit the environment. According to http://www.united-academics.org/magazin … d-showers/ taking cold showers requires less power and resources so it is Eco friendly. Not only should you take cold showers, you should take shorter showers. If you spend 10-30 minutes in the shower, you are spending a bit too long in there. No only are you wasting water, you are wasting electricity and you are harming the environment. _Slate_ http://www.slate.com/articles/health_an … t_hot.html shows the statistics for the amount of water we waste annually with hot s howers compared to cold. It is a great difference showing how we should change to both cold showers and shorter showers.
So what change will you make? Will you stay the same? Go cold? Go shorter? Or even better both?
