All of you have calculated your emissions and you have surely discovered the unexpectedly high impact of some of your behaviors (eating meat, flying to a sunny destination, etc.) on your total footprints.
Are there any behaviors that you are really willing to change or to improve for the sake of the environment? What challenges do you encounter or think you will encounter while trying to change these things? What help, support, and insights from others would make your life easier with these new behaviors?
Let's discuss these issues and make our pledges here!

Air Travel Drove My Footprint Sky High!
Hi everyone! My name is Giselle and I'm from Jacksonville, FL. One thing that really increased my carbon footprint was my transportation. The average in my region is 3447kg of CO2 while mine was 8428 kg of CO2! I know for sure that it was my air travel that did the trick. Withing the last year, I flew one trip from Germany to the United States for a total of 9 hours. Then I took a round trip from the US to Panama which is a total of 6 hours to and from. If only there was a cleaner way to fly! I did some research and there actually might be! I found that there is a new aircraft being designed called Synergy Aircraft. It is said to be three times more fuel efficient, twice as fast, quite, and cozy. It seats about six people and is by far the coolest little plane I have ever seen! If you want to check it out yourself visit http://synergyaircraft.com/ . I wish these engineers much success in this project. We need to see greener technology like this now more than ever. The actions we take now to support green technology will make sure it has a place in our future.
