Are there any behaviors that you are really willing to change or to improve for the sake of the environment? What challenges do you encounter or think you will encounter while trying to change these things? What help, support, and insights from others would make your life easier with these new behaviors?

Being eco-friendly is a family effort!
After evaluating my carbon footprint, I realized that there are many habits I can change to help the environment. One way I can do this is reducing my water use, mainly in the shower. Although I am not going to decrease the amount of showers I take, I can definitely reduce my time in the shower. It may be hard, but I can streamline my routine so that I am only using an amount of water that is necessary. Also, something that my family does that helps the environment is that we have a bucket in the shower to catch any extra water to use for gardening. Another way I can help the environment is sorting out my trash at home and recycling. At home, the only thing that I consciously avoid putting in the trashcan is plastic water bottles. With the help of my family, we can put a recycle and compost bin in my house to help sort the trash. This would be a drastic improvement to what we have been doing previously. How else can I get my whole family to change their habits to help the environment?
