Now It's Time for Action!

All of you have calculated your emissions and you have surely discovered the unexpectedly high impact of some of your behaviors (eating meat, flying to a sunny destination, etc.) on your total footprints.

Are there any behaviors that you are really willing to change or to improve for the sake of the environment? What challenges do you encounter or think you will encounter while trying to change these things? What help, support, and insights from others would make your life easier with these new behaviors?

Let's discuss these issues and make our pledges here!

Thoughts on climate change

IgnacioG

We have all heard by now about how climate change has become so prevalent in the past couple of years, and it's very noticeable seeing as how every year has been hotter than the last, animals species are starting to die off, and seasons don't even seem to exist anymore because the temperature doesn’t match with the season anymore. This can be blamed only on ourselves as we started to use more CO2 emitting fuel types in factories, vehicles and to power just about everything, we can't change what we did in the past, but it's very possible to shape the future if we start doing something about our carbon footprint now.
We all know the basic ways to reduce your carbon footprint such as carpooling, taking shorter showers, etc., these all do help but I would like to hear what everyone else does to lower their carbon footprint, it doesn't have to be something you do daily, but it would be good to share something you do at least once a month.
