What did you learn about dietary choices from using the footprint calculator? Now imagine that you could translate what you learned into an effective societal policy on food- what would it be? And how would this policy effect the need to alleviate world hunger?
925 million people on earth do not have enough to eat according to the FAO [Food and Agricultural Organization]. That's almost 1 in 7 inhabitants of our planet!

Vegan is good?
I really want to know if it is, because I really don't know if not eating any meat at all is good for your health. Because think about it, if you want to be strong like a good sportsmen you have to eat like one, and they eat a lot of meat so please share your thoughts in the comments
Veganism is definitely good in the notion that it helps the environment and the economy. I don't know too much on it, but there are some supplemental compensations you can take for the lack of nutrition from animal product. It's a big consideration for me.
Being a vegetarian is not nutrient enough for a teenager, that is true. But if you are an adult, there are no problems about not eating meat at all, it won't do harm to one's health. Some vegetables contain even more proteins than some meat. Since eating only vegetables is good for constructing a sustainable environment, I hope all of you can try to do it.
You better ask PETA, They always want to promote everybody on earth to be the Vegan, because that's not a problem about health, the Chinese people eat tofu for almost 2000 years and lots of simple Chinese working class is Vegan, because the meat in ancient China is noble food.
