Human nutrition is one of the fundamental pillars its construction. Health and balance of each person, is in direct correlation with food.As regards the feeding, it is not important what we eat, but also how, when and how we power.Human body is maintained with both healthier as well as food is more balanced.                                                                                                                                               A Healthy diet means eating different foods belonging to basic food groups: protein, such as meat, eggs and vegetables; dairy; fruits and vegetables; grain, such as bread and pasta; fats and sweets.
