Plastic is used and manufactured everyday by humans, which means that we are polluting the air, land and water. My family friend Weibke Liu has created a business that helps people limit their usage of plastic in their kitchens and eventually get rid of the plastic all together. What Wiebke does is take out all the food in her customers kitchens and then sorts the food into individual recycled glass jars. The jars keep food fresher longer & buying from bulk bins costs less. I agree! I often see plastic bottles ending up in our Earth's lakes, rivers, and oceans which have a large effect on wildlife. Let's work on reducing our plastic usage!

Yes! Plastic needs to go. According to an article, plastic is not only hurting the earth but animals as well and especially animals that live in bodies of water, the chemicals in plastic is interrupting biological functions. This is all a big chain reaction, with plastic pollution it is killing more animals which is making less food for other animals and humans which is causing hunger.

Plastic should be not used because a lot of plastic ends up in  water which harms animals and can lead up to the death of animals.

That is true, unless it is plastic that people can recycle then reuse, because that means that it won't affect the environment or carbon footprint.

Glass should be used more than plastic because it is better for the environment. We already have enough plastic in our ocean and all over the place.
