Reduce Food Waste!
In the U.S., about 30-40% (or 133 billion pounds) of food waste is thrown out, which is a large amount of food that millions of people in other parts of the world could use. If we reduce the amount of food that we produce we can help the environment as well as all of the people who are involved in the shipment, production, and disposal of that food. A good alternative is becoming a vegetarian, or reducing the amount of meat and fish that one consumes.
I agree with just reducing it not entirally cause there are some nutrients in meat
