My Family Footprint
My parents are big on saving water which reduces our carbon footprint a lot. For instance, our showers take a while to heat up so we will put buckets in the shower to collect the water and then use the shower water to water the plants or wash dishes. In addition, my family has a rule that if we are not in a room in the house, then that light should be turned off. Also, we have solar panels which helps save the environment while keeping our footprint to a minimum.
