I can reduce my family's footprint by using energy efficient LED lightbulbs, which last longer than traditional halogen bulbs, unplug electronics when they are not in use, use more energy efficient appliances, get a energy efficient roof insulation or solar panels, take shorter showers and keep a bucket in the shower and sinks to catch water.
