If I had my own home, I would have solar panels to make it more energy efficient. The solar panels harnesses energy from the sun to make electricity. I can use this natural energy for my daily needs such as turning on the lights, using the laundry machine, and cooking. By using solar panels I am helping the environment and saving money which is a double win. My house would be near my school or at the place where I work so that I can either walk or ride a bike there. I would not have to drive a car which would prevent a lot of pollution and decrease my carbon footprint. These are the ways I can be more energy efficient.
