My Family's Footprint
I have a big family and live with a lot of people. We are all in school so we are using electronics constantly. Having a big family also means there is a lot of laundry and a lot of dishes as well, causing us to use our dishwasher, washing machine and dryer very often. Ways that we could save energy are remembering to turn our lights of after everything, combining our laundry loads and hand washing dishes. For the most part we carpool and ride the bus for everything. We also have a hybrid car that uses electricity instead of gas all of the time.
