My dream house would be powered by solar, wind, hydro and geothermal energy. TV and video games would be powered by pedaling a bike or doing some type of exercise that will create power. The house would be close to school, work, church, and many other things so I would not have to drive a car. Also a store with everything I need would be close by. I would have everything be controlled from my phone aswell so I can make sure no lights or things are being used overnight. Also I would have an all natural clean water pool.
