My Sustainable Home
If I had my own home, I would try to change small aspects of my life to be more energy efficient. For example, I would make sure that the lights are turned off in rooms not being used. I would also like to have solar panels to get energy from. In addition, I would want to live close to my work so that I could easily walk there. Walking to work or school would not only benefit the environment, but would also be a source of exercise. For food, I would like to have a home garden as well as buying food from the store. I could get vegetables and fruit from my garden and buy other necessary foods from the supermarket. By doing these things, I could try my best to help the environment.
