All of you have calculated your emissions and you have surely discovered the unexpectedly high impact of some of your behaviors (eating meat, flying to a sunny destination, etc.) on your total footprints.
Are there any behaviors that you are really willing to change or to improve for the sake of the environment? What challenges do you encounter or think you will encounter while trying to change these things? What help, support, and insights from others would make your life easier with these new behaviors?
Let's discuss these issues and make our pledges here!

Water Waste
Water, it’s used, consumed, and wasted just as much if not more than the other resources we use on a daily basis such as electricity or gas. The problem is using it at such a quick and wasteful way; however, people don’t take in consideration how bad the issue is getting. The more that we end up using water for many other means other than for consumption, the more fresh water is being reduced for other communities and wild animals. It would have us to resort to other non-environmentally friendly economical means to get more water, but only temporarily instead of making it “long term.” https://www.forbes.com/sites/quora/2016 … c9710c5af2
I completely agree with comment. Us humans are using and wasting water without even thinking about it because we think that this is just a small problem such as plastic as well. We may think that this is not affecting us, but the things that are getting affected now, could affect us later on in the future. What could be a solution to this?
yea we think that the rain is gonna magically fill the oceans up and create more water for us, when it doesn’t work like that
That’s really interesting and I don’t why but I never thought that using water could have those effects. Now I’ll try to be more considerate with my water usage.
