This is a great question! The obvious answer would be a vegan diet but that is unrealistic for many people so just reducing your meat and dairy intake will make a significant difference. Some foods that have a low carbon footprint and are healthy would be fruits, vegetables, nuts and beans!

If you are looking for another form of environmentally friendly meat, oysters, scallops, and clams tend to have a lower carbon footprint.
