It is extremely easy to get hold of plastic water bottles these days given that they have become extremely integrated into everyday life.  Reusable water bottles are extremely good for the earth and come in many different colors and designs, so they are much more exciting than plastic.  When people use plastic water bottles they cease to put them in the recycling bin, instead fill the landfill with plastic.  If everyone recycled one of the plastic water bottles that they used every day those materials could be used to make more than 54 million t-shirts or about 6.5 million fleece jackets according to USA Today.  Not only does using reusable water bottles save the earth it benefits you also, by using them you would save $3000 per year just on water alone according to Earth Day.  When these plastic Water bottles are dropped into the ocean they do not dissolve, they break down into microscopic plastic particles creating pollutants that injure ocean life.  All things considered, using reusable water bottles will save ocean life, our planet and they're pretty cute too.
