There has often been a debate on how pressing the issue of climate change is and how much it can affect us. The truth is that climate change can result in some very scary things, for example, the overheating of the earth could cause many fires that could cause very bad living conditions or even unbreathable air. The reason why we need to act now is that studies are showing that in 11 years, climate change will be irreversible, meaning that there will be no chance for the climate to get better and that it will keep getting worse. To explain in more depth what we could be facing if we do not try and change climate change scientists say that sea levels will rise and most likely flood land getting rid of a lot of homes, fires could be more prone to happen, resulting in toxic air. Now more than ever, we need to act on this problem because we don't have time to spare anymore.
