It's very tempting to throw things away or even drop them in a recycling bin when we are done with them. Is there a better way?

You should repurpose everything you have. Plastic bags should be reused until its ripped or broken. You should opt for bringing your own reusable sturdy bags when shopping. When you are done wearing your clothes you should repurpose it by donating them or if they aren't worth donating, then use as a rag.
