I think that reusing and repurposing items is very beneficial to the environment as well as in saving money. It saves energy, resources, and money just by doing something relatively easy.It lowers the greenhouse emissions coming from just doing daily tasks. America specifically has a trash problem, seven pounds of waste are accumulated per person every day which 90% is then sent to an incinerator. This just causes more pollution and doesn't even make the waste disappear.
