There has been hunger for some people and people dying because of starvation. However, we should always have leftovers for the next day and also give out people food out there who need it the most! The reason why not giving out food to the people who need it the most is it could effect them, instead restaurants should give out food to the people who need it, as well with groceries stores! This world needs to stop being selfish and give food to the people who really need it (not everyone is selfish but most people are when it comes to food but still) However, starvation/hunger can really effect a person!
