I feel that some people don't realize how big of an impact eating some types of food, especially food high in the food chain does to the environment, like meats. It causes a lot of Co2 emissions and even eating a vegetarian meal once a week would make a big impact if everyone did it, and it could be anything without meat if money is an issue.
