What did you learn about dietary choices from using the footprint calculator? Now imagine that you could translate what you learned into an effective societal policy on food- what would it be? And how would this policy effect the need to alleviate world hunger?
925 million people on earth do not have enough to eat according to the FAO [Food and Agricultural Organization]. That's almost 1 in 7 inhabitants of our planet!

food
I eat 2-3 meals pair day. its always lunch and dinner, if there is a practice i make myself eggs. dinner i often get meat, fish and chicken and theres always salad and those types of food on the side. i don't really mind eating it because that's the food i need to get stronger and healthy (my opinion)
I respectfully disagree that meat and eggs are the food you need to get strong and healthy. I think everyone should think about why they’re eating animal products and if its for “health” reconsider. If you are eating animals that are in bad living conditions that’s not healthy. And when you think about it, are you ok with eating eggs of another animal? Possibly baby animals? Or eating animals that were killed for your benefit?
Also there are plenty of “healthy” people who don’t eat animal products. There are plenty of extremely strong bodybuilders who are vegan, and don’t need animals to be strong or healthy.
If you need animal products in order to function for actual health reasons, that makes sense, but ask a doctor! They can prescribe supplements and you can function just fine without animal products
