What challenges do you encounter or think you will encounter while trying to change these things? What help, support, and insights from others would make your life easier with these new behaviors?

Let's discuss these issues and make our pledges here!

For example, what can you do with an old pair of pants that you don't fit anymore? I would probably turn it into a bag. What would you do? What other items could you probably turn into something else?

You could also make art out of recycled material. You could also turn a plastic water bottle into garden pot.

You could make old things into new things but you could also donate your old stuff that you don't use anymore to those who are maybe less fortunate. But if you are thinking of throwing away like a plastic water bottle or a plastic bag, you could reuse these things or maybe use them for cleaning in your house or gardening outside.

There are many ways you can reuse things like old clothing or plastic bottles that you might get from the grocery store. One way that you can reuses clothing is turning it into a picnic blanket or maybe even a scarf. Some ways that you can reuse plastic water bottles are by turning it into a vase for flowers or filling it up with sink water to water your plants.

Great ideas!  I have a friend who buys old furniture from yard sales and thrift stores, then repaints it and resells it.
