Planning Your Travel

Accommodations

Travel to and from the course and accommodations (including lodging and meals) are not included in the course fee.

Each participant is responsible for identifying, securing and paying for their accommodations. A number of hotels in the University area, all within approximately 20 minutes walk of the course site, are available to participants. Please see the hotel and on-campus options in the drop-down menu.

US Visa

Foreign citizens will need to request and receive a US visa before arrival in the US. We will be providing letters of support to all those who have been accepted to attend the course.
