We will provide visa support letters to all participants who will need a US visa to attend this course. However, we are not legally allowed to offer any further guidance in the visa application process beyond providing you with this support letter. This includes guidance on type of visa and timelines. We encourage you to visit the US Visa website to make an informed decision and recommend that you register as early as possible this year to facilitate a timely visa application process. Those who will need to cancel their registration because they are not able to obtain a US visa in time will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs before July 10th 2025. Any cancellations after this date will be refunded their course fee less the $100 non-refundable deposit. COVID policies and precautions for the Institute will be communicated to course participants in advance of the event.
