We are writing to alert you that the newly established Latino Scholars Graduate School Fellowship is accepting applications from graduate students at the master level and doctoral program level. This Fellowship is available to graduate students who demonstrate a commitment to Latino communities. Ten awards will be made in September in an amount of at least $1,000 each.
The deadline to submit an application is July 31st.
Latino Scholars Graduate School Fellowship
APPLICATION DEADLINE: JULY 31, 2013, 5:00 p.m. (PDT)
In 2013, a group of engaged, committed UW faculty, civic and business leaders joined together to establish the Latino Scholars Graduate School Fellowship to provide financial assistance to students who have a demonstrated commitment to Latino communities.
The Latino Scholars Graduate School Fellowship is a one-time award ranging from $1,000-$3,000.

It is preferred that the student’s application (nos. 1-3 below) be submitted as one pdf document, though separate documents will be accepted. The letter of recommendation should be submitted directly by the recommender to Catalyst. If a recommender is not at the UW (i.e., does not have a UW NetID), the letter can be sent as an email attachment to cmorales@uw.edu
