The Dependable Strengths workshop, presented by Lynnea Erickson, PhD, Senior Career Counselor of the UW Career Center, is designed to create a safe place for social work students to explore their experiences, discover their unique patterns of strengths and talents, and to learn how to leverage them to find a satisfying career.
Assess your strengths and open up new opportunities. Identify what you enjoy, things you do well and events or experiences in which you take pride. Through guided group discussions, participants will identify good experiences, learn to articulate their worth to an employer, and succeed in interviews. Space is limited for this interactive workshop.
