With hundreds expected to attend, and speakers from around the world, the Western Regional International Health Conference (WRIHC), April 4-6 at University of Washington, will provide attendees with a provocative look at global health from perspectives normally relegated to the edges of most conferences. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of perspectives on diverse subjects from austerity to human trafficking.

Tim Lane, PhD, MPH, is an Associate Professor at the University of California – San Francisco Center for AIDS Prevention Studies and Board of Directors Member for the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission.
Gloria Feldt, BA, is co-founder and president of Take the Lead, a nonprofit initiative with a goal to propel women to leadership parity by 2025. She is former CEO and president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
Walter G. Flores, PhD, MS, is director of Centro de Estudios para la Equidad y Gobernanza en Sistemas de Salud (Center for the Study of Equity and Governance in Health Systems), and the global coordinator of the Community Practitioners on Accountability and Social Action in Health.
JoAnne Keatley, MSW, is the director of the Center of Excellence for Transgender at University of California – San Francisco. She is also the Co-Investigator of the Special Project of National Significance – Transgender Evaluation and Technical Assistance Project.
