The 2017 EMDRIA Conference will be held August 24-27, 2017 in Bellevue at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue Hotel. Behavioral Health Specialist – Brewster Medical

FHC is a FQHC and participates in the State and Federal Loan Repayment program for providers.The Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for providing screening, brief intervention and referral treatment (SBIRT) and other behavioral health services to FHC’s patients. Experience working with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance abuse, and physical problems; familiarity with screening and assessment; differential diagnoses, evidence based psychosocial treatments and psychopharmacology for common mental/substance disorders. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required for this position. Qualifications: Knowledge and training in the field of behavioral and mental health typically acquired through a formal Master’s level degree program in counseling or social work.
