The unanticipated transition from face-to-face to online student services in response to COVID-19 presents a substantial challenge for most postsecondary institutions. Student affairs professionals must be intentional about ensuring that the needs of historically underrepresented and underserved students are adequately addressed, especially during this time of crisis. This webinar will focus on discussing equity-minded student services strategies and practices that can be employed by community college professionals in the online environment.
