The Presidential Management Fellowship is the federal government’s flagship leadership development program for advanced degree candidates from all disciplines. It’s a highly competitive process, and is one of the best ways for recent graduates to enter federal service through 2-year, full-time, salaried appointments. ll academic disciplines are encouraged to apply. Graduates of advanced degree programs with a graduation date between October 2018 and October 2021 are eligible to apply for the 2021 PMF cycle.
