If you are taking (or considering) classes this summer and need financial aid, the application is now open!
The types and amounts of aid available are limited. For priority consideration, submit this application by May 15th. Since processing times can be lengthy (as much as 8 weeks) please apply as early as possible.
If you decide later to not take summer courses you can decline the offer from the Financial Aid office.
You need to be enrolled in 5-units to receive aid.
Steps to apply:
1. Log into your MyUW and from the left hand column select “Accounts”
2. Select “Financial Aid Status”
3.**You might need to accept your 2020-2021 financial aid offer if you have not already
4. On the left hand column, select “Summer Aid Application”
5. Fill in form, takes only 5-minutes.
6. Additional step for students taking 9 or less credits in the summer. Contact the Financial Aid office after you’ve received notification of your initial award.
If you decide not to attend summer, please let them know right away, so that the funds can go to another student.
