Recruiting for BIPOC leaders for Community Impact Fellowship – App Deadline 2/14

We are excited to announce we are accepting applications for the Community Impact Fellowship Program. This is for RVC‘s fourth cohort, with 8 years of partnering with BIPOC leaders and BIPOC-led nonprofit organizations in the region. What’s the Community Impact Fellowship Program? 

A cohort-based 2 year structured, hands-on learning experience and full-time position for nonprofit professionals of color at local grassroots organizations led by communities of color. We provide the trainings, biweekly stipends, benefits, mentorship, and ongoing professional development training. The fellows bring experience, passion, and talent! Who are the organizations + the positions? 

Great question! We have a total of 11 host organizations for the upcoming cohort which means a cohort of 11 fellows. Unfortunately, not all organizations have an open position and we do not have a more detailed job description at this moment. Our hope is to get it published ASAP. For now, please see below the organizations that have available positions:

What are the benefits?

  • Biweekly stipend of $25/hr.
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, Retirement, and Life Insurance.
  • 23 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays.
  • Monthly Professional Development Training, Conferences (not monthly >.<), Monthly Coaching support, and Additional Professional Development Funding
  • Nonprofit professional mentor to get guidance and support.
