Job Summary:   
The Data Advocacy Manager is a key member of the Data Advocacy Team, which strives to advance the use of data and information internally and externally for action-oriented, strategic decision-making to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change for children and families. This role engages with internal and external partners (including state and county child welfare leaders, Tribal child welfare leaders, individuals with lived expertise, legislators, the judiciary, etc) to support Data Advocacy’s core strategies: creating analysis, presentations and visualizations for communicating and monitoring progress on key outcomes; collaborating with a broad range of thought partners on the strategic use of data to drive excellence; contributing to the development and evolution of the infrastructure to equitably and effectively use, store, and share data; connecting child welfare data leaders across the country to dialogue about key analytical issues and surface new insights; and championing the development of data fluency and critical thinking to facilitate outcome-focused decision making.

This position is based at their Seattle Headquarters office.  The typical hiring range for this position in Seattle is $85,000 to $100,000.
