Student Town Hall with Point(Be) on Monday, 3/31, 6-7pm (virtual)

Hi MSW Students,

On behalf of Point(Be) and SSW, we would like to invite to you to attend town hall with Point(Be) on Monday, 3/31, 6-7pm PST on Zoom. The town hall will be facilitated by Julia Alvarez (she/her) and Danny Alvarez (they/them) from Point b(e) Strategies. Point(be) have been working with the UW SSW on the development of its 5-year strategic framework.

For the student town hall, the intention is to update students on the planning process to date and share the strategic priorities and guiding principles that are emerging from conversations and engagement with staff, faculty, students, and community partners. There will be discussion or information gathering (depending on the size of the group) to gather reflections on or reactions to the priorities and guiding principles, and to gather student input on what the School should focus on in year 1 of implementation.
