FREE Resilience & Well-Being Program- Apply by 03/25
You’re invited to join a free mindfulness-based resilience and well-being program for Health Sciences graduate and professional students! This 6-week, evidence-based program will introduce you to a range of skills for managing stress and navigating life’s challenges.
Here are all the details:
- Who: Health Sciences graduate and professional students, and facilitated by Caitlin Blomquist (Director of Advising and Student Success in the School of Pharmacy)
- What: Be REAL (REsilient Attitudes and Living) is a 6-week program that promotes students’ well-being utilizing cognitive behavioral skills and mindfulness and compassion skills. Each weekly session is 90 minutes and includes group discussions, partner activities, and guided contemplative practices. Learn more
- Where: The program will meet via Zoom
- When: Thursdays from 3:00-4:30pm on 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, and 5/13 (students who can attend most, but not all, sessions are welcome to sign up)
