Interested in building a dementia friendly community? Want to learn more about dementia and how you can make a difference? Join the AgePRIDE Center and the UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center and become a Dementia Friend!

On Wednesday, May 26th at 6:00 PM we’ll be hosting a 1 hour virtual information session where you will learn a bit about dementia, what it’s like to live with dementia, and how to communicate with people who live with dementia.

Call or email at AgePrideCenter@uw.edu or 206-543-2449 to sign up and get the Zoom link.

Dementia Friends is a global movement working to change the way people think, act, and talk about dementia. The goal of Dementia Friends is to help community members understand dementia and the small things they can do to make a difference for people living with dementia.
