Full-time, paid position at United Way of King County, June 14th to August 22nd. This is a great summer opportunity for your students interested in child nutrition, food security, public health, social work, child education, and nonprofit leadership.
Summer HungerCorps Associates will help fight food insecurity by helping families and youth access healthy meals during the summer. Members will deliver meals directly to families’ doors at an apartment complex, serve Grab and Go meals at a community center, or distribute groceries to families at a neighborhood pantry. Service placements include Seattle, Tukwila, Renton, Auburn, East King County, Kent, and Federal Way.
