King County Executive Dow Constantine and Metro Transit announced the launch of Metro Flex (powered by TransitTech provider Via) — a new on-demand neighborhood transit service uniting three current services: Community Ride, Ride Pingo to Transit, and Via to Transit. Customers anywhere within the service area can download the app and schedule flexible, reliable transportation, all for the same cost as a Metro bus trip.
